If you have paid your AMC, not following the instructions, then you have to mail to goelasfconnect@gmail.com and cc to info@goelasf.in the following things to asap or you'll be charged again.
Documents to be sent:
a. Bank account statement (Unlocked PDF)
b. Client code like HRSH---
c. Pan number
d. Transaction Screenshot (UPI/ Net Banking)
e. Angel Broking Ledger Statement from the beginning which shows that the amount has been debited again
